Draw a line where your longest toe ends, then measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe. Repeat this process with your other foot to determine the length of your feet.

Add an additional 0.5 - 1.2 cm (0.2 - 0.5 inches) to the total length of your foot to allow for comfortable toe movement. Compare these measurements with the insole length chart and select the ideal size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger option.

If your feet are narrow, this shoe may not be the best fit. For normal or wide feet, please select the corresponding size according to the provided size chart.

The removable insole allows for easy cleaning and the accommodation of orthotics. If you wish to keep the insole in place, you can use double-sided tape or other adhesive to prevent it from shifting.
